Buy the B7024 Trousers sewing pattern from Butterick. Wide leg trousers have side front and side back seaming, front pockets, belt carriers, fly front zipper with hook and bar closure and back welt pockets.  View A has wide stitched hem. View B has matching tie belt. Trousers sit 1" below waist.
